I think it is that some women find our purchases impractical; perceiving it as a pot vs kettle situation, when in fact a helmet, scope, and night vision are actually far more practical than a pair of high heels. Jewelry is the most impractical use for gold. Fact.

I could use a helmet, nods, and a scope to "tactically acquire" heels or jewelry. Would that help me get a date?

Maybe.... but I wouldn't recommend the type of date that would attract if you are considering long term plans with said date.
