I have the opposite problem in my workplace. Nobody wants the windows to be open and there's no AC! We're in the middle of the bloody July and stupid idiots come in short sleeves then proceed to close all the windows immediately after I open them. I fucking hate people..

I easily pass out from heat. YOU can put on a sweater.

Unhealthy? No. Miserable and Bad? No. Sexist? No. Annoying and an individual inconvenience? Yes. My IT office didn’t allow me to wear more than a cardigan because otherwise I looked too casual in a warmer jacket. I get why they had to keep it cool, it was just annoying to wear thermals to work just so I can overheat from the layers outside the building. Glad I left.
