Humans can go about a week without food if I recall correctly, maybe more. I used to be a part of a well-known community and I was friends with people who had gone weeks and weeks with only liquid calories. But it depends on your weight, height, lifestyle, exercise, what kind of food you're eating, etc.
@fall_equinox: close but not quite with the shelter one. If you're in the Sahara Desert with no clothing on, then three hours might be all it takes. But Everett Ruess survived in the American Southwest in the early 1910s, back when it was mostly uninhabited. He slept under the stars for months at a time. Most things like this simply depend on circumstance, environment, etc. And thanks for responding!

lot of suicide talk. I am glad you don't take my sarcasm the wrong way. I'm not a very politically correct kind of,guy lol. I really don't want to hurt anyone's feeling when I make stupid comments.
