While I was living out of my van, I'd met this fellow who'd been smoking since he was 12 and was now 84. He's served in Vietnam and been around the agent orange chemicals. To get back to my point, he told me he's rolled up his own cigarettes and not once had he had an issue with it, telling us how they put heavy carcinogens in the butts and tobacco of the cigarettes. Real nice dude.
He's not entirely wrong. While tobacco isn't exactly a wise health conscious decision, rolling your own cigs is far wiser.... and actually loose leaf tobacco in a bong would be even better, as without the filter and the loose-ness, self-rolled cigarettes can be quite harsh.
