The military is not the police. A military base is not public property. The guards options are nothing like the above. The Tienanmen Square massacre should not be compared to a bunch of idiots wanting to storm a place to see if aliens are real. A more correct group of options would be: 1. They let you in (never gonna happen). 2. They fire warning shots and utilize riot gear to physically stop and arrest anyone who tries to force entry. 3. They shoot to kill and remove garbage from the gene pool.
