It’s all semantics isn’t it? You can get a burger, be ok with it but not thrilled. Your friend says: “what’s wrong with the burger?” Nothing is “wrong” with it- it just could be “better,” well- how? So I mean- it’s whatever. If you feel like seeing a therapist see one. Maybe you just need to talk to someone and you don’t have someone. Maybe the things you want to say you don’t want to say to anyone you know who will listen. Maybe there is something you feel is “wrong” or something that could just be “better” and you might not know what it is or what to do. Who knows. The worst thing you do is spend some money and some time and meet someone new. Do you and don’t worry about semantics.
