You have to have bad times in your life or the really good moments will feel like just another day. It takes bad times to realize how amazing the world truly is.
It is like if you are rich and every Christmas you get every thing you want than Christmas is just a good day.
But if you poor getting just one gift and seeing it is that one gift you really wanted, you cherish that gift and memory like it is one of your best days ever.
Yeah there are some really low days but there is also those really high days as well.
