I'm paying $800 for the smallest ass single bedroom apt, but in my home town I can rent a house for $300.

800 a month for apt and 300 a month for house in hometown. The reason I dont move back to get that house is because the whole town is using minimum wage unless it's a salaried job so I wouldnt even be able to afford the house if I moved
