Not cheap, staff are just paid a decent wage so arent reliant on tips to survive.

Sorry to US wait staff on here. My 15 year old daughter in Tasmania, Australia just started her first waitressing job. She gets $15.03 per hour. No tips required. Value of Aussie dollar is not that different to the US, but we do charge $4.95 for a coffee.
