It’s a philosophical question. Right now YOU could go find a bear and fight it. The second I create a theme park where you can fight a bear... who gets in trouble there? I brought you the bear. I didn’t make the damn bear, and you’re an idiot for agreeing to fight a bear. So what though? Craigslist had to stop allowing personals because people were selling sex. Craigslist wasn’t selling sex. Car commercials have to tell you it’s a professional driver- closed course. “Gee dummy.. don’t try to power slide your Camaro abound in traffic....” But it’s 2019 man.
People out here going on and on about how highschool never taught them to file a simple tax form or some other simple common sense/deductive reasoning problem. So it comes down to philosophy. The more freedom we have- the more ability we have to make stupid or ignorant choices that will harm us. The more protection we are given from ourselves, our natures, our flaws, our own vices or ignorance or lack of intelligent or judgment- the less freedom we have.
