If that meme had any logic, it would insinuate that bank robberies are just a wonky theory because there's only blurred <240 k footage of them happening.

Bank cameras aren't there to identify people, just record basic activities, someone did this... or, something that looks like this. If they were actually the quality they could be, people would demand the quality be degraded b/c of privacy issues. "How DARE YOU see me in public! I am not an object for you to ogle. This is a bank, not Walmart."

Also, pretty sure the bottom picture is a golf ball on the green seen at extreme zoom.
