Does anyone know what breed this is? I know like 3 cat breeds but actually found one that looks exactly like this and trying to find her owners. Thought it might help if I could post her breed.

My cat looks a lot like this. He is an adopted stray so I'm not sure of the breed, but I think he's a ragamuffin.
