Whenever I see someone driving and using their phone, I hope their phone get snatched (BC hoping for an accident affecting their health is a very bad thing to do, do not wish for people to get hurt)

But if you don't text and drive that still leaves 2 out of 3. If you don't play the lottery it's 0 out of 0.

The fact check is legit. The first source for the 1 in 4 drivers stat comes from a legal website called Edgar and Snyder associates. Looks like the stat comes from the Pennsylvania department of transportation :)
