The 1£ option is the best in my opinion, because all the others are guaranteed to get you in serious trouble. “Who?” Implies you never went to the pub every time you said you would- red flag. “Not here all day” ok sure but you’re paying 3£ extra for the same thing. And “just missed him” and “had one and left” are gonna wind you up in a dog house, because you’ll be there for more drinks making it look like you took forever getting home and maybe went to someone else’s home if ya know what I mean.
