@title there's clearly A LOT of Photoshop going on. I doubt that bird, giraffe and frog were ever in the same shot to begin with. Also just look at its neck? Where it pops out? So weird.
It's a double exposure effect by the look of it. They took a water droplet photo in a frog pond and then overlayed it onto the photo of a giraffe with a little bird on its head.

Are all from different photos. Also the bird, which is a common kingfisher, doesn't even live in the same area as giraffes (North Coasts of Africa).
The droplet to me looks as if it originally was a lot smaller.
