Ghost riding is where you are not in the vehicle- or at the least are not at the controls while it drives. Common examples are walking/dancing along side or somewhere on the vehicle exterior (such as the hood aka bonnet or roof). While less common to call it ghost riding- sitting on a door- especially an open door, or hanging entirely from the window- or being in the backseat without a driver COULD be considered ghost riding- but technically one must fully exit the vehicle to properly be ghost riding.
