I'm southern Baptist and the church I grew up in preached that it is a sin to dance.
I still to this day don't dance. As in public. I might play dance with my kid but that's as far as it goes. I even been to clubs but still didn't dance. In fact only time I EVER danced in public was with my brother in a circle at a fair ground.
Now I don't bust into people and yell HAY NO DANCING THATS A SIN!
SO why the hell would I push any other religious believe in others?
If people ask my belief on something I will tell them. But in no way will I tell them they have to follow it.
FYI I believe love is love and God just wants us to be loved and give love.
If your what is for the dancing thing yes Im serious. In my religion Dancing is a sin. My brothers don't follow it but I do. Of course they don't attend church anymore so that is one of the reasons.
But not all Baptist believe it to be sin. But alot of the southern chapters due. As well as a few other religions.
