Only the awesomest awesome show ever. "Dragon ball" if you gather all seven dragon balls you get to call forth a dragon called Shenron and he will grant you one wish within his creators power. Aka bring bitches back from the dead. That's what those are. Dragon ball bouncy balls.

What I never got was that he could do what was in his creators power. If his creator can do it,why does kame need shenron?

I always thought that mabey there was some law of the kami or something that prevented him from being allowed to bring the people back from the dead.

The creators of the dragonballs don't have the ability to grant wishes so they created something, the dragonballs/dragon, to give their power to so that they could make the wishes. That's why the dragons can't exceed their creator's powers.
