Are you sure it's from an anime? I mean I haven't got the largest anime knowledge but it could just be some nice art piece but if you know it's fanart I can try and find it.

Sweet, I'm guessing if this is the art then it's from a 90's to even a 80's anime? I could be wrong but that's where I'm gonna start looking. I'm also guessing she's an angel. Correct me on all of this if I'm wrong.

They're actually flying upwards. It's a live wallpaper. They zoom up so quick I actually didnt see that it's a silhouette of a person lol
