My mom bought a kettle. It's decorative, never used, and I think is currently in the garage (which, btw, is GARRage, not GAYrage)

My family used a kettle for a long time but now we just boil water in a pot. Plus, I live in the south. Sweet tea ^.^

Ok all the Brits are gonna hate me for this...but I just usually just put a mug full of water in the microwave and then stick a tea bag and some sweet n low in it.

You'll get air bubbles in the microwaved tea bag which will screw up the taste of the tea. Also you're cooking the teabag which will screw up the taste of the tea. It's okay if that's what you're used to but try it with stove boiled water and you'll taste the difference. Like I say it's cool if you don't like that non-microwaved taste but it's a different way.
