ya i never had a boss tell me "hay your 15 minutes late but its ok because you broke the speed limit and drove reckless, risking yours and other people's lives to make sure you weren't 30 min late." doesn't work that way screw it if your late stop and get a box of donuts, it gives you an excuse why your late and who doesn't want donuts at work.
