Well.... yes? I mean it says “US hospitals...” Most Americans aren’t going to get a joke about Tesco or VAT or something that says “European city council rulings... am I right?” Because... it kinda says in the name.... it’s really only something people from that place or very familiar with it would intuitively get. Although... much of the world is well aware of America’s for profit healthcare and expensive medical fees- so I guess it’s not wether one is too European to get the joke- but wether one is provincial or not.
