Maybe he prefers the look of being bald over having hair. Imagine vin diesel or the rock with hair. Just wouldn't suit

Very good point. Many people also shave their heads intentionally because they feel it is “cleaner” or have some sort of issues with hair that gross them out. Steve Jobs thought he didn’t have to shower if he only ate fruit. Gwen Paltrow is... well... her eccentricities are well documented. Howard Hughes... the wealthy are known to often be eccentric and wealth allows them to be eccentric almost without most social consequence.

But maybe he’s just not vain. Bill Gates is rich- for a long time the richest man in the world. He has wrinkles. We know there are ways to cure or treat or hide wrinkles. Bill Gates doesn’t do it. The fact that it isn’t worth his time or effort or attention doesn’t mean there isn’t anything that works. It means he doesn’t care enough to bother. But-

Jeffy B is also a sci fi fan- and there is a story of Star Trek the Next Generation- when Gene Roddenberry was asked why Captain Picard (Sr. Patrick Stewart) was bald in the future- wouldn’t there be a “cure?” He passionately snapped back- “In the Star Trek future people don’t CARE if you’re bald!” So not only might Jeff B feel that way- but as a sci fi fan and a man who seeks to shape the world... perhaps he’s making a statement that he doesn’t NEED hair and that having hair would t likely make him more successful, capable, creative, etc. Either way- as a man in his position, being superficially attractive in appearance isn’t really that important to his image or his life. I don’t think he has to worry too much about being able to find sex or romance, get jobs or perks based on being attractive etc.
