My point isn't that the Japanese have no young but that they have less then most of the rest of the world. They are the 2nd oldest population with the median age being 47.3 years old. So something like that might be needed.

and the younger generation don't want to work on farms, that is why the elderly are adapting exoskeletons to continue working.
