I actually had no idea what that really was until I read the comments, but I guessed it really wasn't a fountain since it was posted on fun substance...
... Is she serious? I'm American, and I have known what that was since I was about 8 or 9... Is this person really serious? How did she survive to adult to even think that there would be an unusually short water fountain IN A BATHROOM, not outside of, but IN a bathroom, with its own roll of toilet paper!!?
Seriously! How could you not know that it's a bidet?! And WHY would there be a drinking fountain in a BATHROOM?! We do have drinking fountains in Europe, but not in a bathroom. Have some class
