There is something called as a positive and negative publicity. So, positive publicity is all about good deeds, good music, good persona and stuff but it gives you slow publicity whereas on the other hand the opposite of it is negative publicity and earns you quick views and people who hate you but then again these people tell others to watch you and you gain popularity. I really don't think that all bad celebs are "bad celebs". That could be the publicity they chose for themselves or they could be really bad but most of them aren't.
