here's something perplexing, the bad guys from WW2, Germany and Japan, now have the most powerful passports in the world, It always makes me wonder why.

In fairness, both have done a lot to clean up their act in recent years.

true, but having the top ranked passports? what about countries that only tried to do good, Switzerland should have the most powerful

I had to google "powerful passport" to figure out what you guys are talking about. Somebody used this to mean the number of countries you can visit w/o a visa.
