This man is Larry Swilling, and they haven't got a kidney yet because they don't match to each other, I hope they will find soon and his wife gets better.

The truth is most of ppl really cannot help him. Yeah he looks desperate and this behaviour is brave. But ask urself will u give him ur kindney for no reason?
