Um no. First of all this is bullshit. Secondly, it's emotional gaslighting, that's like saying anyone who didn't speak up against an oppressive regime is inherently a bad person because if they spoke up they'd be executed or imprisoned. The whole rhetoric of "If you're not actively helping, you're on the side of the oppressors" is stupid and feeds into the false dichotomy.

I'm not saying you have to help me, but I highly recommend you stay out of my way.
