"Pelophylax ridibundus" - you can't stop the marsh of progress. Found throughout Europe and some parts of Asia, these frogs often find themselves swamped but they never let it bog them down. One of the larger frogs in their range, they're not known to be very picky about their habitat so long as it has water. They're also not picky about who they mate with, as they can produce hybrids with other species such as the pool frog and Perez's frog. (That's right, they don't let genetic differences mire their good time)
