That is seriously annoying. As well as just quoting the first few sentences, I mean that's nice but I can just look at the first page, however I'd like some info about all the other pages too.

Protip? The copyright page has a short summary (spoiler free) in every single book. That's the summary they send to the library of Congress

It works with ebooks too! I'm not sure about every country, but most have to submit summaries to the publishing company that codes the ebook so it's formatted correctly
