Estimates by sources such as Iraqi human rights organizations, Syrian Human rights organizations, UK based human rights organizations, amnesty international, the United Nations, and others who I’m sure you’re going to dismiss as conspiring against the USA- somewhere between 1,000-7,000 civilians have been killed by US airstrikes. If ignore the 7,000 as it’s from a foreign news group that has other political motivations- so more reasonable numbers 1,000-3,000 as the general range. Of course we aren’t taking about dead civilians, but some of those civilians came from the hospital that was bombed during Operation Round Up in 2018. Who was president in 2018? I keep forgetting... I’m sure you know the answer. In June of 2017 about 1400 civilian casualties were reported as part of airstrikes from operation inherent resolve- confirmed with about 800 contested and 2 disproved- meaning that about 600 confirmed civilian casualties in that one strike operation were tallied in the books.
So the allegations here ring true. There may be more to them- but each of those men have acted as CIC while the acts described were committed under their administration.
Also, I didn't realize there were any hospitals left for Trump to bomb
