Unless you make the arrangement with a dentist. I actually did for several years, have a dentist who I became friends with, and I would use my various technical skills, work around their house, on their car, their computers and such, or manual labor like moving things for them- and in exchange, they’d comp the costs of the job on dental work. It was a pretty good arrangement as I had the time back then to do all this side work, and we both got work we needed done without having to spend out of pocket!
