My family is back in Texas and they told me the cicadas is deafening this summer. With out the usual cars and people moving around those fuckers are louder than ever.
Most my family in lives in the country my 2nd oldest brother one night couldn’t sleep due to them so he went out to his back yard next to his woods and took out his shot gun and blasted 4 of the really loud trees. He shot one 3 times it actually came down lol and it was as wide as a serving dish.
He went back to bed and slept good because they either died or was to terrified to make a sound lol or at least that’s what he said lmfao
