Found this gem from my son's school a year ago. My wife is still mortified!

It was probably the teacher asking the child what their answers were and then writing them down for the parents

Then why wouldn't they change it something more suitable like 'TV shows for grown ups'?

Because then its disingenuous to the parents and the kid if they were to change it to something they felt was more appropriate.
