I agree with books for life, but that would piss me off. I am so picky about people touching my stuff.
My stuff is mine for a reason, if I want you to touch it, I'll let you know.
Exactly, imagine walking into a huge study where there are shelves reaching the ceiling that are stuffed with books.
Then imagine walking into an empty study with a nook on the desk.
However, kindle;s and kobo;s often offer cheaper books...that means more books for me! (Plus there's no more room on my bookshelf)

I like reading "real" books but I don't understand why it's so bad to read on a tablet? What if you're allergic to paper, maybe? Or you can't access the books you'd like to read? I don't think it's really THAT bad but I still perfer I good ol' books. But if some just knocked my ereader (I don't have one though) out of my hand, I'd get pissed.
I don't have a problem with e readers. What matters about books are the stories, the information, not the paper. These e readers are actually saving trees.
