Ya know there is one GLARING difference here that all you socialist idiots don't seem to have enough intelligence to understand, and that is that by that time Obama was not going to be president again under any circumstances, while the chances of Trump being reelected at this time are better than very good. The Republicans in congress wanting to prevent a very unfriendly president flipping us all the middle finger with the most extreme liberal judge he could find on his way out while now being confident that the current, friendly president will return in January for another term is completely understandable to anyone with the meanest of intellect.
Oh, and there's also the fact that this is politics, not a junior high snowflake safe space. This is the way it usually happens in the real world. The democrats would absolutely ram through their pick if they were in power in the senate, and they sure as hell wouldn't allow any hearings or debate as Mcconnell has stated he will.
Huh. Being just a humble turnip farmer, and not able to speak for the socialists as a born and affirmed capitalist- I don’t know if I have the meanest of intellect for this task. I do know that there’s some strong words there. Maybe it’s passion? We can chalk it up to that. But- counter point- the number of predictions and assumptions here, and the lack of citations or examples or precedent would make a person with the meanest intelligence rather wary of your logic, and apt to consider this here an opinion based on feelings rather than any sort of fact.
Now I’m not here to call anyone names like “idiot” or “snowflake”, but... the way this is written makes me seriously have to wonder if you actually know what a socialist is- or if you just think that a socialist is someone who supports any brand of egalitarianism or government involvement in society?
Lastly, allow me, if a humble turnip farmer may, to offer you an insight. Let’s say you are right in all your predictions, our own modern day Nostradamus*. To quote something I recently read: “... there’s also the fact that this is politics.... This is the way it happens in the real world...” you can’t wash your hands with that soap and then get upset when someone else does it too. Well- as the quote says- you CAN, that’s politics no? Are the democrats and such being unfair? Is this whole thing not fair that they’d want to pick the next Supreme Court judge? Well... It’s not a “safespace” where everything is fair is it? Poor “snowflakes” always getting upset life isn’t always “fair” am I right?
