I don't think she is being judgemental. There are certain features that make a person attractive to others; It is human nature. Animals use certain features to mate, so do humans, and obesity is not one of them. Not trying to be mean but it is the blunt truth.

I know that poor self image is a bad thing... but maybe rather than being happy suffering from an increased risk of heart disease, we could teach people to reach for what they want?
