Unionizing is not communism. It is a safeguard against limitless corporate greed that, if unmediated, would lead to sub livable wages, and sub human work conditions.

Except where a corporation can't function without employees. Disregarding exceptional situations, unions aren't necessary if you are willing to speak up. Companies only have what power they are given. If you don't show up to work then nothing gets done.
