Sexy cars. Actually kinda.... clunky... but sexy. They came with what was basically a 351C, a Ford V8, the “C” meaning “Cleveland” for an engine made in that plant. The C was held to be of better quality and got a “Detroit balance” which was a kinda crappy balance job, but better than nothing and better than plenty of factory engines. The Italians then went over the motor and gave it a proper balance and some actual precision- among other things. Made quite a difference. An old acquaintance who would hot rod and street race for money got their hands on one “back in the day” and shoe horned it into a mid 60’s mustang- it was quite a car. Beautiful cars, some questionable build and design decisions and quality- but back then, most cars were pretty... “loose” even by standards of 1980’s machines let alone today. A fun ride or drive, a head turner. Not so fun to get in and out of, especially if you’re older or less healthy. But they are rather neat.

I’ve always wondered, do you have all this information on various things or do you google a lot of it?

Lol. I’m not all knowing, so I do sometimes need googled help with things. But I’m old and I’ve done quite a bit, read quite a bit, and paid attention through life; so there are things, like that you see here, which just come from experience.
