Use a food dehydrator or a smoker (with mesquite or hickory wood) at 110°C/230°F until the jerky has a nice bite-through. Maybe 4-8 hours, depending on how thick it is. It'll be way cheaper than the jerky from the store, and it's freaking delicious.
