OCD is degeneration in brain is true but have no influence about your thinking, he could became straight-a college if he would still got ocd.

Thats not true. Ocd can be that bad that it affects you for each step you take. Ocd prevents you for living a normal life. Ocd can fill like 90% of the time the person is awake, and can prevent the person from social activity, cause depression and much more. A person with ocd is often judged as a freak.
