This almost never happens to me but it did happen recently. Anyone know if it's like a sign of health issues or something like that?

Waking up thirsty probably just means you were sleeping with your mouth open for a while. Not a problem occasionally but if it happens every night you should look into allergies/sleep apnea/etc. that might cause you to have trouble breathing during sleep. As always, make sure you're getting enough water during the day :)

Oh, that makes sense. That day I came home really tired and just fell asleep sorta out of nowhere without cozying up first so it's possible my mouth just spontaneously opened during the night. Thanks!
