Why do people have these cars?

I don't trust black or white chargers and recently saw an undercover black challenger so now I just can't trust any of my muscle car brothers and sisters.

They had so many issues with speeding in my friends town that they started buying random cars for the police. Everybody finally slowed down when people started getting pulled over by a bread truck
