Why doesn't every pool have one of these?

I've been to a pool with one of these :D. Pretty awesome, it was fun jumping from the top.

It's all fun and games untill either one of the rocks on the climbing wall fall off, or the climbing wall breaks

If the rocks break, you fall backwards into the water :P
If the wall breaks, you probably shouldn't have gotten on in the first place.
