We should, sync up, if you know what I mean

This stressed me because I didn't observe the lungs expanding/contracting in the gif, and so I didn't know whether to inhale/exhale/hold when the dot was at the edge or in the middle of the word, and then I had a minor coughing fit, and now I can safely say I have literally hurt myself in my confusion

I just read inhale in all four and got terribly confused. Only when I saw the exhale did I let out my breath
