Reach out to your utility provider to see if they offer a leak adjustment. Many of them do! Usually, they just require a copy of the repair invoice emailed to them, along with your account number and service address. Some require an additional form to be filled out, detailing when the leak was found, what was fixed, and when repairs were completed.
If the adjustment is approved, they'll credit back some of your payment to be a negative balance on your account and you won't have to pay bills for a while.
