Unless of course it's some kind of technology that prevents camera's from getting a clear picture. Not that I believe in U.F.Os but if a species managed to cross intergalactic distances I'm sure they'd be able to do some incredible things. Shoot, for that manner we have developed methods of screwing with cameras and keeping them from getting clear pictures.
