Electric toothbrushes are great for that.
Also mixing turmeric with coconut oil into a paste works as a natural whitener. I know, sounds like BS considering the color of turmeric is very bright orange, but it does work over time if you do it consistently, at least in my experience. Apply it (ideally using a different toothbrush than you normally use because it's gonna turn yellow soon), wait for five minutes, spit it out or swallow it, they're both harmless ingredients, and brush your teeth as usual. Do it once a day, you should notice changes after a few weeks.
Just in case you are unaware: a LOT of folks had their teeth professionally done. Especially on social media, but also in "real life". And you can get your teeth whitened, or coated in a white layer, if you have cracks in the enamel or just an unsightly stain (I don't know the proper terminology). fake teeth are also way more common than you'd think, in younger people than one would guess.
