Indeed, in some specific areas one gender is more biologically qualified than the other, as a group (possible exceptions for individuals), but I don't think we can say it makes one "better" as a whole.
If we take an example with individuals, I don't know you but maybe I'd beat you at painting on a doll or talk about a medieval sculpture, and you're most probably better at swimming and running. It wouldn't make much sense to oppose these skills and declare one better than the other.
